My Daily Routine...

Ok, so I should tell you about how this vegan gets her day going.


I wake up, and either eat a bowl of organic vegan cereal (Cascadian Farms) with some Flaxmilk, or pop in some Flax Waffles. Then I take half a daily multi-vitamin, a B12 supplement, and a Super B Complex supplement (meaning it has all the B's), and then top it all off with 2 tbsps of Super Green juice, which is a juice that has chorella, spirulina, alfalfa, wheatgrass and some other good things in it (however it tastes HORRID, so I wash it all down with some OJ ). After breakfast and my ONE small cup of coffee with either flaxmilk or black, then it's time to hit the water. I drink as many bottles of water as I can. WATER IS THE NUMBER ONE "FOOD GROUP" for vegans. As it should be for all people, since water helps move things through your digestive tract. Elimination of wastes detoxifys your body! SO PEE AND POOP LOTS! lolol

I don't know that anyone really cares about what I do every morning, but I think since it's a ritual of mine, I'd put it out there, not to mention maybe other people can comment with what they do every morning! :)

My first post!

I'm not sure what to say on my first post. I guess, I should tell you the purpose of my blog. Really it's just somewhere I can ramble. And if someone should stumble upon this and offer help or comments, more power to them! I'll be writing mostly about being vegan in a very un-vegan state (NC), making the transistion to being on my own at attending a University, yoga, diet, exercise, my furry babies, my take on society/culture, etc.

Just a word of advice though, some may not like my opinions nor my language at times. So, reader beware.
